Early access · cross-merchant fraud network

One bad buyer,
every store forewarned.

OmniTrust is a cross-merchant fraud network built on one shared backend. Store plugins flag risky orders before you ship, and let you report abuse back so the next store never gets hit by the same buyer. No cron, no blocked checkout, no marketplace lock-in.

Available now for PrestaShop and WooCommerce, both direct-download - not yet on the PrestaShop Marketplace or WordPress.org

3 abuse types

Three ways buyers
quietly drain your margin.

Each one is easy to miss at a single store, and cheap for a fraudster to repeat across many stores. OmniTrust exists to close exactly these three gaps.

1. COD non-collection

A buyer places a cash-on-delivery order with no intention of ever accepting it. You pay for shipping, packaging, and restocking - and collect zero revenue.

How OmniTrust stops it

Any evaluated order can be flagged with one click - "Report COD non-collection to OmniTrust." The next time that phone, address, or device shows up at any participating store, it's already carrying risk.

2. Wardrobing / return abuse

A buyer uses an item, then returns it as if unused or defective - "deshopping" - extracting value from your return policy without ever paying for genuine use.

How OmniTrust stops it

A separate "Report wardrobing/deshopping to OmniTrust" action - not gated to a formal return workflow. Genuine, legal cooling-off-period returns are never reported or scored, so honest buyers are never penalized.

3. Cross-store fraud rings

The same phone, email, address, device, or IP spread across many independent stores - so no single merchant ever sees enough repeat behavior at their own shop to flag it.

How OmniTrust stops it

Identifiers are hashed server-side with an irreversible keyed HMAC the moment they reach OmniTrust - raw values are never stored or matched, only their hash. Signals are then combined across all participating stores using Bayesian-smoothed scoring, so a single merchant's report contributes appropriately without needing a fixed number of independent confirmations.

Why OmniTrust

One store's data
isn't enough to see a fraud ring.

A repeat bad actor spreads orders across dozens of small merchants precisely because no single store ever sees the full pattern. OmniTrust is an API-first network effect: the more merchants participate, the more valuable each merchant's own protection becomes, because everyone benefits from signals surfaced by other stores before a repeat offender ever reaches them.

Without OmniTrust
Each store only ever sees "one bad order." The same buyer repeats the pattern at store after store, undetected.
With OmniTrust
Once Bayesian-smoothed scoring flags the same identifier as risky across participating stores, every one of them sees a risk verdict on the next order - before it ships.
