Flag & Hold.
Never blocks checkout.

OmniTrust's PrestaShop plugin runs an automatic risk check right after an order is validated - not during checkout - and reports back into the cross-merchant network described on the OmniTrust home page.

PrestaShop order held in Awaiting OmniTrust Review status after a HIGH risk verdict

How it works · PrestaShop

Flag & Hold.
Never blocks checkout.

The plugin's own name for its automatic risk check - it runs after the order is placed, not during checkout.

1

Order validated, checkout unaffected

A short, non-blocking evaluation fires right after order validation. Your buyer's checkout is never slowed down or blocked.

2

High risk → held for review

A HIGH verdict moves the order into a dedicated "Awaiting OmniTrust Review" status, with a private note explaining why.

3

Low risk → order proceeds

A LOW verdict leaves the order untouched - a private note simply confirms the result for your records.

Manual "Start OmniTrust evaluation"

Any order that hasn't been evaluated yet always shows a button to trigger it manually - nothing is silently skipped.

Fail-open on API errors

If the evaluation call fails, the order is left alone - never silently held hostage by a network hiccup. The failure is always logged as a visible note.

Flag & Hold is the PrestaShop face
of a cross-merchant network.

Every store plugin - PrestaShop and WooCommerce today, more platforms planned - reports into the same hashed, Bayesian-scored network described on the OmniTrust home page.
